We don't just ship orders. We ship people.
A team in Vietnam, working with brands across three continents. Below is what a week here actually looks like — the rhythms, the rituals, the parts that look great in a recruiting deck and the parts that don't.
- FR-001 Long-table lunch
- FR-002 Whiteboard wall
- FR-003 Friday demo
- FR-004 Stand-up
- FR-005 Off-site
- FR-006 Down tools
Five principles. Pinned to the wall.
We agreed on these in week one and we still argue about them in week two hundred. They earn their place by surviving disagreement.
-
Ship more than you talk.
Decisions are made in shipped artefacts — code, copy, runs of the operation. Talking is a starting line, not the finish.
-
Treat the customer's customer as your own.
We work for brands. The brand works for end customers. We hold ourselves to that second standard, not the first.
-
Give context, not commands.
We write things down. We share why before what. People who understand why ship better than people who only know how.
-
Move fast on small bets.
Most things we try will fail. Make the failures small, the cycles short, and the lessons loud.
-
Take the weekend.
Compounding excellence requires rest. We sprint on weekdays and we leave Saturday alone — that is the deal.
A year, in moments worth pausing for.
Birthdays, Tết, mid-autumn, year-end — we make space for the rituals that turn coworkers into a team.
-
Every month
Birthdays
We pause work for cake and a round of "what we love about you" — every birthday on the team gets a moment.
-
January – February
Tết — Lunar New Year
Red envelopes, a family-style lunch, and the lì xì game that everyone pretends not to love.
-
14 February
Valentine's Day
Secret-chocolate exchange — judgement-free, optional, sometimes spectacularly creative.
-
20 October
Vietnamese Women's Day
Flowers and a long dinner to thank the women who keep this place running smoothly.
-
Mid-Autumn
Trung thu
Mooncakes shared at the long table and sent to the clients we like working with most.
-
December
Christmas
Secret Santa, a slightly-too-decorated office, and the year-end karaoke nobody escapes.
A scrapbook from the studio.
Photos, stickers, stats and the odd quote — gathered the way our office actually looks.
