Run the daily operations engine for a portfolio of cross-border eCommerce brands.
About the role
You will lead a 6–8 person operations pod handling order processing, returns and platform coordination across multiple international marketplaces.
What you’ll do
- Own daily SLAs and weekly reporting cadence with each client.
- Coach a team of operations specialists; design ramp-up plans for new hires.
- Identify and ship process improvements — small fixes that compound.
- Be the escalation point for the toughest 2% of tickets.
What you bring
- 4+ years in eCommerce operations, BPO ops or cross-border logistics.
- Excellent written English and Vietnamese; Japanese is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated experience leading a team of 5+.
- Comfort with spreadsheets and ops tools — you can build a dashboard, not just read one.
