About the role
You will run paid acquisition campaigns for several cross-border DTC brands — owning budget, channel mix, creative briefs and weekly performance reporting.
What you’ll do
- Plan and execute campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok in multiple markets.
- Brief creative; iterate fast on what’s working.
- Run weekly performance reviews with each client and our internal teams.
- Build the playbook so we can ramp up new brands without starting from zero.
What you bring
- 3+ years running paid acquisition with monthly budgets > $50k.
- Comfort across at least two of: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads.
- Strong analytical chops — pivot tables, attribution, incrementality.
- You write briefs creative teams actually want to work from.
